My Journey

If my collections look different, it's because I'm not a typical jewelry designer.

My journey to designing fine jewelry began early. Artistic women in my family established the foundation by teaching me to create fine clothing: versatile pieces ranging from timeless work attire to soft mohair coats to evening wear crafted from hundreds of yards of lace and beading.

My elders also taught me to search for value. Shopping became second nature as family outings spanned three southern states seeking the finest fabrics at the lowest prices. You benefit now as I search the world for exceptional gems at optimal prices.

Creating perfect garments required precise fabric placement, cutting, and meticulous stitching of tiny details. These skills transfer to creating fine jewelry.

Styling expertise translates too. I learned to harmonize color, form, and body shape, which is why many of my product descriptions include simple styling suggestions.

My 50-year career as a conflict consultant enhances my ability to collaborate with you. Effective conflict work requires careful listening. Today, I listen to you as you describe your dream piece. Listening and customer service are in my DNA.
