Peggy Herrman Fine Jewelry offers complimentary 2-day ground shipping through United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) within the continental United States. If you require international shipping, make a note in the cart and we will contact you regarding accommodations.

Returns and Alterations

If you want to return or alter a purchased Item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We want to make you happy. A quick message starts a conversation that puts you and Peggy at ease.

Once we receive a returned piece, we will happily evaluate if any restoration is needed. Refunds reflect a minimal restocking fee, as well as the condition of the item when returned to us.

Appraisals

An expert GIA appraiser prepares our appraisals. Appraisals are complimentary for any purchase of $1,000 or more (a benchmark in the industry).
